Her signature was taken off the voter rolls along with her name when she moved. Well of course. Now that she’s moved back, she needed to submit a new signature. That’s why even though she’d re-registered to vote, when our ballots came, she didn’t get one.
Got that taken care of.
I’m glad to know they’re careful.

Years ago, we moved from SanJose to Mountain View. When I renewed my drivers license, I told them to update the voter registration, too. I checked and found out the last night you could submit change of address. Fortunately, I made it to the registrar’s office in time. Called the local news station so they could get the word out, ended up on 11 O’clock news!
