I spent most of the two hours of watching church by Zoom with a cowl project on the needles. Nothing big and heavy, just that one-skein project, wondering with each row how long my hands would hold up. How long I would.
They were ready to quit at the last amen. Me, I went and took a nap.
But man did it feel good to actually create visible progress while anticipating the reaction of the future recipient. Another two hours of work and it’ll be done.
