I would think it would be a very noisy house. Very open plan, despite different levels/“rooms”, and almost no carpeting or soft furnishings to absorb noise.

Um, doesn’t the mirror behind the toilet (pic #54) kind of negate the little privacy half wall??

Love the art deco dark mosaic glass doors (to dining room? study?) Not the upper floor that looks like you could step right through to the floor below. Pretty setting, all that green in all those clear glass walls…but what does that look like in winter? besides cold.
