The Cat in the Hat ends with the query, Well, what would you do if your (grand)mother asked you?
I guess Lillian answered that when she looked at me funny, puzzling why haircuts would be something you’d even think of when you have the next Dr. Seuss in hand and the anticipation of a great read.
