I just finished a cowl for my SIL in about that color. Making my niece a matching one in candy pink.

Yum! Warm and pretty.

4,860 stitches in a day sounds like a lot to me. But then a single 405 stitch row sounds like a lot to me.

I’m imagining its beauty once it’s washed and dried and showing the intricacy of the stitch patterns.

This was the first place that would let me leave a comment (this was supposed to be on the Kathleen’s Afghan page). I have finally found a knitter that helps me to think structurally instead of being bound to the pattern. I am self-taught in crochet and knitting and am constantly working to completely understand the techniques so I can change a pattern if I want to and adjust to my liking. Took me a while to learn that in knitting but I’m on my way! Love your blog!
