Happy Anniversary to Parker’s parents!

Happy Anniversary to my son Richard and his wife Kim! More Parker pictures when I can get them to load.

Running in a few loose ends before my trip. I should have saved some of the other snips before I took the picture so the colors could be more representative, in case anyone at my destination is embiggening that and wondering which is going to be theirs.

That done, it finally feels like I can pack and be going.  I have no idea what yarn to take with me or any plan in mind other than to just get on the airplane by myself and go. I can’t wait.

Oooh teaser! Your family are not the only people wondering what you made to get those lovely ends 🙂

Have fun! I’m sure you will, but some things need saying anyway 🙂

No yarn means an opportunity to check out the LYS’s–with the whole clan! Descend en masse, they’ll never know what hit ’em.

tinebeest said it so just “Ditto.”

Happy anniversary to them!

And what a startle you gave me… flipping quickly through my Reader, those loose ends looked like snakes!

How wonderful that you’re able to celebrate with your family! I know it won’t be easy, but not so long ago that you couldn’t even consider it.

Are your yarn snips too big and/or too precious to share with your feathered friends, or don’t western birds like them for nests? I sometimes put out yarn snips and tiny fabric scraps and they disappear, but I’ve never seen them in a nest.

Have a lovely trip!

what?! their anniversary is today? Congrats to them (and it would have just been too weird if it had been in August, which is when my daughter’s is!)

lovely little snip-its, nice colors — will we see photos of the “giftees” wearing your creations?
