Not so linear

I’m someone who can walk around with 80/40 blood pressure, so I’m not sure what it is with this ongoing get down quick before you fall down thing all morning.

I picked up a Little Dee book to make myself laugh after a fairly long day.  I’m looking forward to knitting my Lisa Souza cashmere/silk when I have the oomph to wind it up. It’ll come.

Richard’s hoping he’s not coming down with this…

So our friend Phyllis brought us dinner and tailored it around what I can eat, with pecan brownies to cheer him up. She’s a peach!

Oh man! Looks as if there was an epidemic of long days yesterday. Hope you got some good sleep last night and are ready to lick your weight in wildcats!

Don’t breathe on Richard.

Hang in there – and hang on in general, huh?

Slowly but surely — getting well!

sounds like wearing a crash helmet and carrying a pillow might be in order — or you could find a comfy spot to sit and stay put!

two steps forward and one step back in this recovery thing

nonlinear is very aggravating. If you’re starting to get bored, it’s a good sign.

Oh noes! Take your time. Bev’s suggestion of the crash helmet sounds useufl, though I can’t help smiling at the image! Sending healing thoughts…

That would be your body saying, ‘stay put and rest, already!’

Sorry you’re still under the weather. This too shall pass. (And having experienced a similar problem once with food poisoning…waking up repeatedly face down on the hotel room floor 3000 miles from home in a place where I knew no one…I’m so glad your family and friends are taking such good care of you!)

Hugs!

That’s pretty low for a B/P. Drink plenty of fluids, and eat all that chicken soup. It’s nice when neighbors and friends take care of us when we need it. Wish I was there so I could help out. REST. and get well.

You have such nice real friends and cyber-friends. I like Bev’s suggestion of staying put.

Sounds like a good time to not BE up and about…then you can’t go down! Sit, knit, read, sleep….and yes…try not to infect the hubster.

Try to make your “get down fast” near a window so you can at least watch the birds while your head clears. Sorry this continues to plague you – and so glad there are folks there to take care of you. Feel better soon!

And now that I’ve gone to Sharon Randall’s site – ooh, now this could be a lot of catching up on back columns…
