Knitpicks has “Wrapped in Comfort” on sale at $14.97 at the moment. I’m not very good at pushing the commercial side of things, but I am pretty proud of that book, so I thought I’d mention. Thanks!

Wonderful book! (Bought mine awhile
ago-everyone should get one (IMHO!))
LOL. I am just waiting until I get down there to ask you to sign my well-used copy. 😎
Comment by sherry in idaho 06.25.09 @ 11:38 amHave it, signed by you!!! Go out and buy it everyone. It’s well worth it!
Comment by Joansie 06.25.09 @ 12:06 pmI hope they sell lots and lots for you! (or maybe I should get a second copy for “using” since I am guarding my first, autographed copy with my life!)
Comment by karin 06.25.09 @ 12:35 pmToo late! I already own it, and I love it!
Comment by kendall 06.25.09 @ 1:35 pmOh, this is funny, Alison! I just got that email from Knit Picks and thought, I really should post about my book. A better marketer would post about my book. (I’m not really that person. I’m trying though…)
Comment by Joanne 06.25.09 @ 2:24 pmHave it & knitting blissfully from it right now 🙂
Comment by TripletMom 06.25.09 @ 3:40 pmAs you well know, I’m no knitter, but I thought the stories are wonderful. Who are the beautiful models, your daughters?

Comment by Don Meyer 06.25.09 @ 3:55 pmI thought I was going to have to hunt up another copy – mine was MIA for a while – had me frantic. But it decided to quit playing hide and seek when it saw me crying!
Comment by Rena 06.25.09 @ 6:18 pmAnd proud you should be: you shared your talent, your love and your creativity with the rest of us. I look at the side of it daily, as it’s at eye level on a shelf close to my desk. That’s my motivation to finish another project that I’ve lost interest for…
Thanks again to Richard! 🙂
Comment by Suzanne 06.26.09 @ 5:35 amI’ve had a tough week and am just catching up on blogs in my reader now so I was hoping there would still be stock because I’ve wanted this for a bit. It’s in my cart and I’m checking out (also getting blocking wires because I know I’ll need them!) Thanks for letting us know.
Comment by Leslie 06.26.09 @ 7:00 amPretty proud? I’d be button-bustin’ proud, if it were mine!! It’s one of my favorite herbal tea break and dreamin’ books! 🙂
