Friends dropped by. Raspberry brownies (yum!) that they brought for Richard’s birthday (a day late, but they came out of the oven at 11 pm last night) were happily consumed, the conversation was a treat as well, and that’s about as far as I could get for a blog post for tonight.  It was wonderful.

Oh yum. I might have to make brownies before we go to our all-night meetings tonight… (We both meet at 7pm for a regional board, and then my knitting and I creep to the back of the room for the Knight’s County meeting…)

I’ve never had RASPBERRY brownies, but then I guess you didn’t save me any.

This is the joke I should have posted the previous time when you talked about receiving the afghans:

This is the story of the little old lady who was denied entry onto her plane because she was carrying knitting needles. They were afraid she would knit an afghan.

Is there any chance of you getting the recipe for those raspberry brownies, from the friends who brought them?
I have never heard of that type of brownies … and would surely love to expand my knowledge (which would also lead to an expanded waistline, that I do NOT need).
