Wow is right. I heard that organ played about a year ago and it was an experience of a lifetime. Enjoy it, Alison!

So you past down your musical genes in there somewhere, no? Congratulations to your son. My ex was in there once running cables for some kind of show and for an agnostic/Jewish guy, he was extremely impressed.

How exciting! I’m sure you’re very proud and have every right to be! My daughter plays piano and guitar and composes music. On Mother’s Day we’re going to hear her direct her children’s choir at church sing one of her compositions. I know I’ll be crying. Enjoy!

How awesome! I remember listening to a Sunday morning program from the Tabernacle as I prepared for church each week and marveling at that organ’s powerful, rich sound.

Years ago, I was fortunate enough to sing in a group under the direction of then Mormon Tabernacle Choir director Dr. Jerome Ottley. What a great experience that was! He offered to give any of us who could make it out to Temple Square an opportunity to practice with the MT Choir. I’ve often wished I could have taken him up on that!!
