I came back here and Michelle had already made that comment–and I laughed out loud. Surgeon’s hands! While I was coming here to write that I had the central line installed, two more IV’s to go. Too funny. Now, to connect those two on the white needle to the lines above them. This may take awhile.

You can do it! It looks like complex greek to me, but you are doing a fabulous job (any technology far enough advanced is akin to magic to the uninitiated).
Comment by Michelle 08.14.08 @ 7:37 pmI love photos that show me techniques in fixing mistakes. If anyone can fix it, you can!!! :>)
Comment by Joansie 08.15.08 @ 4:54 amI am eagerly awaiting more photos of the fix. Like Joansie said earlier I also love the photo tutorials of fixing mistakes so I can see what to do when that happens to me 🙂 Go Alison GO!
Comment by Danielle from SW MO 08.15.08 @ 5:58 amI’m glad I read your title before I got breakfast. Otherwise, I would have snorted breakfast on the monitor. Cute, clever title.
Comment by Channon 08.15.08 @ 5:59 amI’ve had one of those, so I know it’s pronounced “pick” line. Heh.
Comment by AlisonH 08.15.08 @ 10:13 amBoth my kids have had PICC lines, so I got WAY freaked out when I saw that post title! Don’t scare me like that!
Comment by Momo Fali 08.15.08 @ 1:46 pmThat was a scary post title! But I’m so glad that this dropped stitch has a better ending than frog frog frog! (This one’s hitting close to home, lol.)
