Fritillary on the roof

Regal Fritillary, was the suggestion that popped up.

It was fanning its wings a lot and they glistened slightly in the noon sun as if it had just come out of its chrysalis.

It was gorgeous.

I’m so glad it shared its new day with me.

(Coming back to add, So that’s why I spelled it wrong the first time: Fritillaria. That’s a flower.)
