Ignore the lows in the forecast: to cut governmental costs they got rid of the national weather tower for the Bay Area and rely on the one down in Monterey, with our mountains blocking its radar view. The predicted low was off by 15 last night.
This is weather (most of the day, anyway) that is having me mentally designing the warm aran sweater of my dreams. Dress length. At least.
It’s only that noon to four that stops me.
