42 more hours. Not that I’m counting. The cats are exhausted at the whole thing and are conked out under the wing chair. I’m only up a very little bit on the Icon Dress. I need a dose of my own medicine.

Oooh… many finished objects and the prospect of tasting a heritage variety apple. Sounds wonderful.

I concurdle with RobinM! I’ve got a few tiny bits to finish (mostly sewing in) and some beautiful Bramleys waiting to be baked tomorrow.

I’ve never heard of that particular variety of apple — hope to see you blog about what it tastes like! Apples are one of my favorite things — and this time of year is the best because the ones we have access to are actually fresh – not storage ones!

Ditto what my sister said; do you suppose our fondness for apples is genetic? I could eat one (or more) every day, all year long. But I do balk at paying more than $3/pound for them.

I think you just gave me a great idea for a party – an apple tasting party, where everyone brings a couple of apples of one variety per person. And maybe everyone could bring a different kind of cheese, too!
