Just one more

Another row or another blog post? Another row or… Trying to squeeze in both, but I almost didn’t put down the needles.   Another lace pattern repeat or a cast off? Another repeat? Yes? Okay, then, can’t finish it tonight no matter how late I stay up.

This knitting thing. It’s addictive!

(Squirrel Wars thirty-twelve: a rack from an otherwise-recycled old oven leaning against a pot on the table outside got climbed on by a squirrel trying to get closer to the feeder.  Spectacular acrobatics, a solid 10 by the judges in the Squirrelympics, clatter and scamper and the others went, wow! I could never pull that off! Who’s your trainer, dude?)

It’s too bad we have to sleep…just think of all the additional knitting we could do. However, I do love my pillow!!!

I can soooooooo relate to the knitting part of this post… Because of said addiction, I knitted a baby blanket in a week – and that’s with skiping a few days because of workload and other activities (like tai chi and sleeping).

It’ll probably get worse before it gets better. I’m ready to accept it. hihihi

I got rebuffed last night at a meeting (by the Knight, actually) for knitting instead of recording minutes. Pfst.

I can just see those squirrels — and were there little cards being held up for scoring (I so liked the way that used to be) 9.2 9.5 — wait! a perfect 10.0!!

Perfect 10.0? Did that include style points?

Tech Support: “OK. At the bottom left hand side of your screen, can you see the ‘OK’ button displayed?”
Customer:  “Wow! How can you see my screen from there?”

Yeah, Don, they were really racking them up.

Maybe two more rows? Another cup of tea?

I’m sure you aren’t aware, but I’m completely jealous of your knitting. I started my blog as a creative outlet, but your outlet? You can touch it and really, truly feel it. Someday I’ll learn, right? Someday.
