It’s a wrap

Looking down, Monday.

Looking across, today.

Looking up, after that; what a difference a rinsing and blocking make. (It’s just a bit greener than this in real life.)

I like it. Hey Mikey. Weekend, here we come!

Meantime, in family news, Michelle arrived home this afternoon after a week gallivanting in England. I, unfortunately, did not fit in her suitcase on the way out, but that’s okay, I had this project to get done.  She came home going, Mom! Green and Black’s chocolate! They had it, like, everywhere, like Hershey’s here! (As in, how would it be?!)

What a beautiful shawl. I keep hesitating to wash and block mine. Should do it.

Stunning! I have one from over a year ago that I still need to wash and block…

The shawl looks lovely–so snuggly!

When I started my first job, my mom said, “I just wish I could go in your pocket!” Thanks for the memory. . .

Boy! You get all the (chocolate) breaks! Save me a piece, please.

What a lovely colour!!!

I realize my knitting is tighter than yours. Maybe next time I knit one of “your” shawls, I should try to use half a size bigger needles…

Tesco recently had a sale on the Green and Black’s variety pack. Over a pound off so I bought 3 for my daughter to take to DC over Easter when she visits her relatives.

May I say, even as a Pennsylvania girl, the comparison to Hershey’s is still …(can’t find adjective and my daughter wants on the ‘puter. Fill in gap.)
