I was able to make a serendipitous gift to an old friend today, Shawl off my back sorta thing. Since we last saw her, her daughter has developed seizures and needs brain surgery. I was so glad we stopped by her restaurant for lunch! Yay!!!!

They eventually had children, but they weren't much to look at.  Two antennas got married. The wedding was so-so, but the reception was great! What? Is 17 a lucky number? Good for youi Ms Santa.

I am guessing that it was Dr. Surgeon speaking in the quotation - yes? Sounds like a delightful guy, not just a skilled doctor. Glad it was all worthwhile. Awaiting reports of the recipients, not just their thanks at receiving the items, but how they react to seeing a healing and gaining-health patient.
