But the azalea laughed and opened this afternoon and beat them both.imgp7285

From knitting to a florist shop,so to speak. For those of you reading my blog, there are some instructions that might work. Anyway, you can get a double dose of fun.

There was a very gracious lady who was mailing an old family Bible to herร‚ย  brother in another part of the country. “Is there anything breakable in here?” asked the postal clerk. “Only the Ten Commandments,” answered the lady.

I love azaleas. Mine won’t bloom for about another month.

I’m so envious – my azaleas never seem to last or do anything. THey are really more of a houseplant up here…

Thanks for showing all your beautiful flowers. Here in upstate NY we’re looking forward to the season of “Mud” before we actually get to see any spring flowers. So sharing yours with us is a real treat!

Oh, those are beautiful!

I’ve been putting coffee grounds on my azaleas, can’t wait. ๐Ÿ™‚

Should we be concerned? Yesterday you were “pushing” and today you’re “racing” them? How much are you paying out for this trifecta, eh? From pusher to bookie–I don’t know what to think ; )

It seems that both in nature and in your body winter has ended and spring is blooming with full force.

I am thrilled that you are getting so much stronger — May you be surrounded by blooms and smiles!

Alison suggested I add my URL at her comment box. And to quote her: ” then your name will be highlighted and when people click on it, it’ll take them to your blog.”

Azaleas are lovely. And dahlias too. I absolutely adore bearded irises……I’m really wanting flowers, can you tell? Maybe I should buy some cut flowers at the store for now.

Carol, when I was in the hospital, someone brought me some cut lilies. They lasted for a month! And the perfume of them!

I’m just experimenting to see if I can make my name turn blue too, but not being really tech savvy, I’ve got to try it to see if I typed in the right thing.

Okay. It worked, except for my tendancy to jerk my finger and click twice.

Neat! I don’t think my azaleas have even formed buds of any real size yet.
