I love wearing something and thinking about the person who wore it before me - did they laugh in this garment? Did they cry? Did they go on a date or a road trip wearing this? Agh! How marvelous that you were able to find the sweater that way, when you sensed someone needed it. And I recognize people at a distance by the way they walk- long before I can pick out a face.
