Dancing Queen takes a bowThe hubby looked at the camera again tonight. “Where’s the door?”

I ran back into the other room and retrieved it. He held it in place against the camera, pushed the power button, and poof there you go. “See, I told you you had to tape the door on. I bet there’s an electronic sensor” etc etc.

Huh. Whodathunkit. Well, him, obviously. “Isn’t it nice to be right?”

Red Lion amaryllis with cabin fever

“I’m used to it,” he shot back with a grin.

Hah! I’m married to a wonderful man who is “used to” being right, too! I sometimes ask whether he gets tired of always being right. Nope. 🙂 ‘The little dears…’

I paged through WIC last evening, reading the stories (wonderful!) and trying to decide which shawl to knit first. I love them all, and can’t decide! The only minor limiting factor is, I’m not quite ready to do more than “purl back”. Maybe I’ll visit the stash and see what jumps into my hands, then let the yarn lead me to the shawl it wants to be. Yes? Yes, I think so. 🙂

He’s not only right he’s apparently as quick with a one-liner as you are! Does he pun too?

Must be a man thing. The Knight is rarely wrong, to the point of (my) annoyance.

LOL! Brian usually just says “Yes Dearie” to me. But thats because I’m the electronics brain around here and most generally know more about whats wrong and how to fix it than he will admit to knowing 🙂 He always bellows “Dearie whats wrong and can you fix it?” when something goes awry 🙂

Hmm. It could also be that the card relies on the pressure of the door to keep the contacts tight. Loose electrical contact = no transfer of data from the camera to the card or vice versa. I’ve had a similar problem with battery covers on various pieces of electronica. (Whyever can’t they make the foolish things a little sturdier, that’s what I want to know!)

Lovely flowers!
